- Develop focused learning experiences and activities to support participant application
- Develop program content, handouts and materials
- Facilitate onsite presentation of programs or coaching facilitation
- Develop learning integration action plan approaches for follow-up sessions
- Encourage discussion with fellow leaders on application experiences and lessons learned
- Identify personal and organizational constraints to productivity and facilitate ideas to address issues
- Summarize, debrief and evaluate the process to ensure achievement of performance expectations
