Our Leadership & Supervisory Development process will:

  • Utilize needs assessment/planning to determine current business issues to be addressed and participant success factors
  • Develop focused learning experiences and activities to support participant application
  • Develop program content, handouts and materials
  • Facilitate onsite presentation of programs or coaching facilitation
  • Develop learning integration action plan approaches for follow-up sessions
  • Encourage discussion with fellow leaders on application experiences and lessons learned
  • Identify personal and organizational constraints to productivity and facilitate ideas to address issues
  • Summarize, debrief and evaluate the process to ensure achievement of performance expectations
